Privacy Policy
Last updated October 13, 2026
This policy explains what information the Zenc Protocol website collects through its beta waitlist, why, and what you can do about it. It covers this website only. It does not describe the Zenc protocol itself, which is still in development.
What we collect
- Email address (required), so we can contact you about your beta request.
- EVM wallet address (optional). This is a public address only. We will never ask for a private key or recovery phrase.
- X username (optional).
- Your preference about beta announcements and protocol updates, and the time you gave consent.
- A one-way hash of your IP address, used only to limit abuse of the form. Your raw IP address is not stored.
How we use it
We use this information to manage the beta waitlist, to contact you about early access and testing, and, if you opted in, to send beta announcements and protocol updates. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Waitlist data is stored by the website's server, either on its own private storage or in a managed database hosted by our infrastructure provider. It is never exposed to visitors. Access is restricted to the website's server and authorized team members.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist information until the beta program ends or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or withdraw consent at any time, by contacting us through Zenc's official channels on X or Telegram. Every announcement email will include a way to unsubscribe.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
